Below we discuss and answer some of the most Frequently Asked Questions. I have answered as honestly as possible. BUT if you still have questions for me, then please pop me an email and we can chat!


HOW DO I JOIN THE Let’s Go Glamping COMMUNITY?

  1. Step 1: Click the “+ Add Listing” button.
  2. Step 2: Add your venue details – the more information you include, the better!
  3. Step 3: Sit back + relax, while we review + publish your listing.

HOW MANY LISTINGS CAN I ADD?

This is entirely up to you! You can add as many listings as you need. You can create one user account and add individual listings for each branch, location, or accommodation type.

You can only select 1 main category per listing, so if you have multiple accommodation types (huts, cabins, pods, domes, bell tents, etc) at your venue, then you would need to add multiple listings.


My Glamping venue is outside of the UK, can I still add my venue?

Yes you can! Let’s Go Glamping mainly focuses on glamping venues situated in the United Kingdom, but we have grand plans to grow and expand to cover all of Europe.

To start with, we have “opened” Let’s Go Glamping to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland)
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Isle of Man.

As we grow and progress, we will open it up to more locations across Europe!


HOW LONG IS MY LISTING VALID FOR?

Your listing is valid for 1 year (365 days). After this time, your listing will expire.

You will be able to manage your listing from the User Dashboard. Here you can renew your listing, delete or add a new listing. It’s super simple!


CAN I CANCEL MY LISTING?

Yes, you can! You can manage, renew, cancel or upgrade your listing in the User Dashboard. 

Instead of cancelling your listing plan, just opt for our Free Forever Plan!


CAN I UPLOAD IMAGES TO MY LISTING?

Yes, you can upload 10 gallery images and a video embed link.


CAN I LINK MY SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES?

Yes, you can to link your Website and Social Media Pages on your Listing.


CAN I FEATURE or Promote MY LISTING?

Yes, you can! You can feature your existing Listing on our website, or book a strategically placed banner advert. You can also choose to promote your venue social media channels – which means your existing listing will be shared and promoted on the Let’s Go Glamping Social Media Accounts.

HOW DO THE REVIEWS WORK?

There’s no charge or fee for us to do a review. However, we do require a complimentary stay for a minimum of two nights and for a minimum of four people to ensure that we can fully immerse ourselves in the glamping adventure as a family.

You would need to have an existing Listing with Let’s Go Glamping and in exchange for a minimum 2 night stay, we will visit your venue, take a few photos (plus some awesome 360° photos and videos), and write an honest review. (Your review will include all YOUR website and contact details)
